Steps to becoming a Licensed Utah Real Estate Agent:

1. Complete the required 120 hour education requirement. Agent Professor Real Estate School provides this education affordably and 100% online.

2. Pass the state real estate exam. Utah requires that you get a score of at least 70 in order to pass the state exam.

3. Complete the required licensing application and submit it to the Utah Division of Real Estate.
